Why it matters

These photos are meant to be finished.

I believe the best pet photography should become part of your home, not just another gallery link in your inbox.

That is why every collection includes artwork credit. After your session, you'll choose how you want to enjoy your images, whether that is a canvas, fine art prints, framed pieces, gift prints, or selected digital files.

You will not be left on your own to figure it out. I'll help guide you toward the images and products that make the most sense for your dog, your home, and how you want to remember this season of their life.

Artwork credit

What is artwork credit?

Your collection includes credit to use after your session toward finished products, including fine art prints, canvas wall art, framed or ready-to-hang pieces, gift prints, and selected digital images.

Your artwork credit is included in your collection and is used after your gallery is ready. It has no cash value and is not refundable or transferable.

The goal is simple: you leave with photographs you can actually enjoy, not just files you meant to print someday.

Digital images

Are digital images available?

Yes. Digital images are available, but this is not a digital-only photography experience.

The purpose of these sessions is to create finished artwork first: pieces you can hold, frame, hang, gift, and keep. Digital images can absolutely be part of your final order, but they are offered as part of a print-and-artwork-focused experience.

That means your collection is designed to help you walk away with something tangible, not just a download link.

Questions

Common questions.

What if my dog does not listen well?
That is completely normal. Your dog does not need perfect recall, perfect manners, or perfect posing skills. The session is planned around who they actually are. Some dogs need space, some need patience, some need snacks, and some need a few minutes to act ridiculous before they settle in. That is all part of the process.
What if my dog needs to stay on leash?
That is not a problem. Many dogs are photographed on leash. Leashes can often be minimized during shooting or edited out of selected final images when appropriate. Safety always comes first.
Can you photograph more than one dog?
Yes. Multiple dogs are welcome. If you complete the Needs Assessment, it can help determine the best approach. With multiple dogs, we plan around the smallest or least confident dog first, because the location and pacing need to work for the dog who needs the most support.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions typically happen outdoors within Edmonton. The exact location depends on your dog's personality, comfort level, mobility, size, energy, and whether they are comfortable around other dogs or people. If you complete the Needs Assessment, it helps narrow this down.
Do I have to buy more after the session?
No. Each collection includes artwork credit, so you already have value built in for prints, wall art, or digital images. Many clients choose to add additional artwork once they see their gallery, but there is no requirement to do so.
Can I just buy digital files?
Digital images are available, but I do not offer a digital-only session model. These sessions are designed around finished artwork. If your main goal is to receive every file and never print anything, this may not be the right fit, and that is okay.
What happens after I book?
After you reserve your session or collection, I'll follow up with next steps. If you completed the Needs Assessment, I'll use those answers to guide location, timing, and session planning. If not, we'll cover the important details together before your session.
